Hopkins Foundation operates trade promotions in accordance with applicable Australian laws. Participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any specific terms published for individual promotions.

Hopkins Foundation is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Hopkins Foundation may offer membership subscriptions and one-off entry packages. The specific benefits, pricing, and terms associated with each option will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Membership benefits may include, where applicable, recurring entries to eligible promotions, access to member-exclusive discounts, and other features as described. Membership terms, including billing cycles and cancellation procedures, will be provided separately.

One-off purchases provide entries to specific promotions as described at the time of purchase. Entry allocations are subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.

Winners are selected by random draw from eligible entries received during the promotion period. Draws are conducted in accordance with applicable permit conditions and regulatory requirements.

The method of draw, draw date, and draw location (where applicable) will be specified in the promotion-specific terms. Hopkins Foundation may use electronic random number generation or other methods as permitted by law.

Draw results are final, subject to verification of winner eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Hopkins Foundation's decision in relation to any aspect of a promotion is final and binding.

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their contact details are accurate and up to date.

Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotion-specific terms. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or redrawn in accordance with applicable permit conditions.

Prizes are awarded as described and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, unless otherwise specified. Hopkins Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Hopkins Foundation may, at its sole discretion, make contributions to registered charities and community organisations. Any such contributions are entirely voluntary and are made independently of any promotional activities.

Participation in promotions does not guarantee that a charitable contribution will be made. Charity contributions are not linked to individual entries or purchases, and no portion of any entry fee is automatically allocated to charity.

Where Hopkins Foundation makes charitable contributions, details may be published in the Public Charity Ledger on our website. All contributions are made in accordance with Hopkins Foundation's charitable giving policies and are subject to change without notice.

The charities or organisations that may receive contributions have not endorsed Hopkins Foundation or its promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of purchase. Specific policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase and in any applicable confirmation communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopkins Foundation excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with participation in any promotion or the receipt or use of any prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law.

Participants are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from winning a prize. Hopkins Foundation recommends that winners seek independent financial advice where appropriate.

Hopkins Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

Where changes are material, we may endeavour to provide notice through our website or other appropriate channels. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
